Product Returns

Tri Tech RX Wellness accepts returns of eligible over-the-counter (OTC) supplements, vitamins, and skincare products within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return. Refunds are subject to approval and applicable laws.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible for eligible products. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with exchange requests and instructions.

Online Services: Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for a full refund.
